What Workshop-Direct Means at Lena Cohen Jewellery
Lena Cohen Jewellery is an independent, family-run London fine jewellery workshop founded in 2018, creating jewellery in solid 18ct gold and platinum with natural diamonds and gemstones.
We make, sell and support our jewellery directly. This applies across our collection: to finished pieces available to purchase, existing designs made to order and fully bespoke commissions. There is no separate retail sales team, outsourced customer service or mass-production chain between the workshop and the client.
For finished jewellery, enquiries, sizing, adjustments and aftercare are handled directly by our small team. For made-to-order and bespoke pieces, the same team coordinates design questions, stone selection, proportions, production decisions and final checks through to the completed piece. This is our workshop-direct model.
