We offer the option to customize the barbell length (longer or shorter) at no extra cost. To ensure the perfect fit, please provide the accurate millimetre size of the closed barbell with the screw back. Please contact us via email lenacohenjewellery@gmail.com or if you know the size, simply specify it in the “Order Note” during checkout. Please allow approximately 15 working days for completion. Please note that all altered or customized items are non-returnable, as they are tailored specifically to your preferences.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Ready to ship pieces are usually dispatched within 1 to 4 working days after your order has been received.
Made to order and bespoke pieces follow the production time stated on the individual product page or confirmed with you before dispatch.
We use secure tracked and signed delivery services. For UK orders, we usually use Royal Mail tracked, signed or Special Delivery services where appropriate. For overseas shipments, we use tracked and signed international shipping where available.
Your jewellery is packed securely and handled with care throughout the delivery process. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
UK delivery is complimentary. For worldwide orders, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Please remember that international purchases may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges when the package arrives in the destination country.

Unlike 9k gold, which contains just 37.5% pure gold and often lacks depth of colour or long-term durability, 18k gold retains its rich tone and brilliance for years. And while 24k gold is 100% pure, it’s simply too soft for practical, everyday jewellery. 18k offers the perfect balance—refined, wearable, and lasting.
Diamonds
Each of our diamonds is hand selected for brilliance, clarity and ethical integrity. Our jewellery is made in solid 18k gold and set with natural diamonds. Diamond sizes and total carat weights vary by design and are listed on the individual product page where relevant. For bespoke or made to order pieces with larger diamonds, centre stones or matched pairs, the key diamond details are confirmed before production.
We are proud to make our jewellery by hand in London, using materials sourced through trusted UK suppliers. This helps us maintain consistent quality, support local goldsmithing heritage and keep our production process close, considered and carefully controlled.
